We may request identity, address or source-of-funds documents before processing payments, in line with our AML & KYC policy. Delays caused by missing or unclear documents are outside our control.

We do not charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals, but payment providers, banks and blockchain networks may apply their own charges and currency conversion rates. Please check the details shown before you confirm a payment.
Refunds and disputes
If a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be unauthorised, we may adjust your account balance and suspend activity while we investigate. Please contact us promptly if you notice a problem with a transaction.
